Brehm Center

The project A) Explores ways that spiritual contemplation, theology and beauty ignites artistic expression, and B) Examines contemporary dance in the Los Angeles area as a context for the development of a new choreographic work. The project culminates in new choreography developed through spiritual contemplation, theological reflection, and as a response to beauty. A Los Angeles based company will perform the choreography in a concert format, for a diverse public audience.

Performed by a captivating company of dancers who bring to life dramatically choreographed vignettes by Erin Holt and Grete Gryzwana. Featuring the debut performance of "Angelitos", adapted from the famous story, "Angelitos Negros" from Puerto Rico.
